KMA INDUSTRIES INC. was founded in1983 in New York. It currently offers products to the local, national as well as the international market.
The initial concept behind KMA was to act as an export management company. An export management company is in fact the Export Department for firms who do not have an in-house export staff.
We took the headache out of doing business overseas for firms that were new to international trade or did not have a fully staffed export division. As firms throughout the USA saw the need to expand their sales territories to include areas overseas, more and more firms realized that they did not have the adequate personnel to tackle the intricate rules and regulations which govern the international industry.
The solution?? An export management company or EMC
At KMA INDUSTRIES INC. we have handled, over the years, the processing of international orders from beginning to end including preparation of proforma invoices, negotiation of payment terms, Letter of Credit review, and consolidation of merchandise for shipment overseas. Our responsibilities have also included presentation of documents to U.S. banks for payment of Letters of Credit or Drafts and booking of air or ocean shipments through our-in house freight forwarders in New York, New Jersey and Miami, Florida.

If your future travels include Tokyo, Japan you can see our line at the gift shop of the Mah Jongg Museum in Tokyo. Yes, our Mah Jongg customers come to us from as far away as Australia, Japan, England, Holland, New Zealand etc...

Our product range has also been expanded to offer the AGGRESSIVE PLAYGROUND USA® line of 100% pre-shrunk cotton T-SHIRTS for EXTREME SPORTS as well as SPECIALTY SHIRTS for various sports. Our unique screen-printed designs were developed over a period of several years to meet the needs of today’s sports-minded fans worldwide.
